Nativity is undertaking a diocesan suggested project to archive the historic holdings of Nativity. This project has an oral history component whereby interviews are conducted  with parishioners to expand the historical knowledge of Nativity and its impact on the community. The archival portion of the buildings, service elements and vessels, the stained glass windows, paintings, documents of significance that offer a historic record of Nativity's activities, members, rectors, and staff. Photographs that have been loosely collected are being identified, organized and stored. Scrapbooks that date from earlier years are being archived and parishioners are encouraged to donate private papers to include service bulletins, photos, and memorabilia that add to the documentation of the life of Nativity throughout the past 100 years.

Volunteers are needed for all these activities. A desire to sort, store and keep a record of these activities is all that is needed for most aspects of this project. Some skills are needed for the oral history of the project: transcription of the video interviews; assistance in editing the videos and duplicating them; and expertise in preparing a Powerpoint presentation of the interviews for use by the Church.
